Kim K is Fake

I’ve never disliked Kim Kardashian.  I was just always like eh whatever.   She's famous for nothing, I don't really care.   But the other day, my husband was watching one of their shows.  I think it was the Kim and Kourtney Miami one.   Anyways, in this episode, Kim says that her doctor said that she has the ovaries of a 50 year old.  I'm thinking WTF, you are pregnant right now!?!?!?   I know many people that are struggling to get pregnant in their thirties and I know what it means to have ovaries of a 50 year old.  In my opinion this girl is lying.   She never had fertility problems.  Like I said before, I never had a problem with her until now.  Now I think she’s a fake stupid girl.   There are so many people out there that are really struggling to get pregnant like her sister Khloe and Kim goes and makes a mockery out infertility.   STUPID GIRL!  The ovaries of someone in their early 40s are already reaching the end of their egg supply and Kim Kardashian claims to have ovaries of a 50 year old.   You don’t have to be a genius to figure out that the chances of getting pregnant are slim to nil.   I will never ever again support anything she does, buy any of her products or anything that she endorses.   

The Sugar Show

This past weekend, Randy, Som and I went to see the Sugar Show.   I had never heard of the Sugar Show before but Aaron was performing so we just had to go see it.   So basically the Sugar Show... "is a performance event where artists present new works in front of the general public and where finalists receive mentorship and financial support for the creation of new dance and movement based theater. This event is designed to foster creativity, exploration and debate in the performing arts." (City Weekly)

The show featured four performances that were all up to win $1000.  They had a panel of judges that all voted and they let the audience vote as well.   The panel and the audience disagreed so in the end the people that were hosting the show chose the winner.  

The group that Aaron was in won!   They were also the audience's pick.   The panel all choose a modern dance piece and I'm sure that most the people on the panel are modern dance performers.  I love modern dance as well but I really thought that Aaron's group did the best.   I enjoyed it more and sometimes I think performers need to remember that they have an audience to connect with.   What's the point of performing if the audience doesn't enjoy it?

Weightloss Update

Som and I are still active and working out when we can.  We've been eating healthy.   I can feel a difference and I can now definitely see one.   This is me in the same dress.   The one on the left is from February of 2012.   The one on the right is from January 2013. 

I changed my lifestyle because I wanted to be healthy.  Now I want to maintain it and get toned.   Som help keeps me motivated but this picture, the one on the left, really helps me.   I don’t even recognize that girl.   I never want to be like that again.  I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal but I know that I’m never going to quit.  No turning back around.   

The Twins' Birthday at CPK

For the Twins' 33rd birthday, the Soumphonephakdy side of the family went to California Pizza Kitchen.   Steven wore his red Nike hoodie!   He really does love it.  :)

I don't think mom liked CPK too much.   She's an old fashioned Asian lady.   She's not used to eating different types of food.   Som had the habanero carnitas pizza.   The salsa that comes on the side was  super spicy.   It was even too spicy for Som and he loves spicy.   I had some and I could not handle it.   

FrontRunner

We took FrontRunner for the very first time to Provo.  It is so much better than driving!   Sophie and Steven loved it.   We passed by all these horses on the way there and that kept Sophie occupied.  I think we will try to take it more often. I only wish that it went to Tremonton too!
